GENERAL INFO

  • In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
  • A valid passport is required for this cruise (please check for Visa).
  • In order to confirm a booking a 30% deposit is require of the booking total. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure date. For the World Cruise, full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to departure. Any booking made in the period of less than 30 days full payment of the booking is required.
  • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with Customs and Immigration requirements. Guest without proper travel documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any guest failing to bring such documentation.
  • In order to avoid problems at departure, we kindly ask you to carefully check the validity of your documents and to be in possession of what is required for the cruise. If any guest does not possess the required documentation they will be denied boarding their flight/cruise and cancellation penalties will be applied.

Cruise passenger tax in Greece

Effective from July 21, 2025, a new cruise passenger tax will apply to visitors disembarking at Greek ports. The tax is automatically collected onboard and applies to both adults and children.

Important: The charge only applies to visitors who disembark (whether for excursions or individual sightseeing).

Daily Entry Fee for the City of Venice

To better manage tourism, day visitors to the City of Venice must pay an entry fee before their arrival (Valid through July 26):

21 – 15 days: 60% cancellation on cruise fare (except port taxes and HSC)
14 – 6 days: 80% cancellation on cruise fare (except port taxes and HSC)
5 – 0 days: 100% cancellation on cruise fare (except port taxes and HSC)

Cruises longer than 15 nights
