Gratuities
The gratuity is automatically added to each guest's SeaPass® account on a daily basis. In the unlikely event that a guest onboard being charged the daily automatic gratuity does not receive satisfactory service, the guest may request to modify the daily amount at their discretion by visiting Guest Services during their cruise. Guests who have elected to prepay gratuities will not see a daily charge during their cruise. Any modifications or adjustments to your gratuities are required to be requested before you depart your cruise.

  • In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
  • A valid passport is required for this cruise (please check for Visa).
  • In order to confirm a booking a 30% deposit is require of the booking total. Balance must be paid 50 days prior to departure date. Any booking made in the period of less than 50 days full payment of the booking is required.
  • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with Customs and Immigration requirements. Guest without proper travel documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any guest failing to bring such documentation.
  • In order to avoid problems at departure, we kindly ask you to carefully check the validity of your documents and to be in possession of what is required for the cruise. If any guest does not possess the required documentation they will be denied boarding their flight/cruise and cancellation penalties will be applied.

For cruises of 1–4 nights:

75 days or more before departure: No charge per person*

74–61 days before departure: 50% of the total price (excluding taxes and gratuities)

60–31 days before departure: 75% of the total price (excluding taxes and gratuities)

30–0 days before departure: 100% of the cruise fare (excluding taxes and gratuities)

For cruises of 5–14 nights:

90 days or more before departure: No charge per person*

89–75 days before departure: 25% of the total price (excluding taxes and gratuities)

74–61 days before departure: 50% of the total price (excluding taxes and gratuities)

60–31 days before departure: 75% of the total price (excluding taxes and gratuities)

30–0 days before departure: 100% of the cruise fare (excluding taxes and gratuities)
